Step 1
Find your activity and understand guest identity
- Open Roadmap & Ideas > Ideas
- Open the status and activity menu
Open Roadmap and Ideas, choose Ideas, then open the status and activity menu.
Our records are synthetic examples. These community views are not your device transactions or expense-analysis reports.
Step 2
My activity shows your submissions
- Choose My activity
- Read your ideas and private reports
Choose My activity to see submissions belonging to your current feedback identity.
It can include your ideas awaiting review and your private bug reports. Seeing them here does not make them public.
Step 3
Your private view has different visibility
- Read Pending review and Private separately
- Public moderation remains deliberate
Pending-review ideas and private bug reports have different visibility from the public board.
Read each item's state. Receipt, your personal access, moderation and public display are separate.
Step 4
My votes lists your voted items
- Choose My votes
- Open an item to reconsider your vote
Choose My votes to find public items you have voted for with this feedback identity.
Open an item to read its current status or remove your vote. This filter does not include every item you have merely viewed.
Step 5
An empty filter is not a service error
- Review your search and selected filters
- Clear or change them to broaden results
A search with no matching records produces an empty result. Check the wording and selected filters before assuming activity disappeared.
That is different from a connection error. An unavailable community service shows an error and Retry, not a fabricated empty list.
Step 6
Pennie keeps community participation guest-only
- Main-app sign-in does not change feedback identity
- No optional account-link controls exist here
Pennie's community participation remains guest-only whether the main app is signed in or signed out.
There is no optional sign-in or account-link control in this host. Signing in to the expense account does not transfer community activity.
Step 7
Identity is a private random installation secret
- Keep the private credential in secure storage
- Never substitute an email or fingerprint
On your phone, a private random credential in secure storage keeps this installation's submissions, comments and votes together.
Step 8
Reinstall may lose access to old activity
- Do not assume cross-device continuity
- Clearing storage can remove the installation secret
Reinstalling or clearing app storage may lose the private installation credential and access to its earlier activity.
Do not expect main-app sign-in to recover or merge it. This is not a promise of cross-device identity or one verified vote per person.
Step 9
Pro is cosmetic, not participation permission
- Regular paid metadata can decorate an author
- It does not change access or vote weight
A Pro badge reflects optional regular-paid display metadata captured at submission.
It does not grant participation permission, extra vote weight, verified billing proof, or exemption from moderation.
Step 10
Use the right personal community filter
- My activity for submissions
- My votes for voted public items
Use My activity for your submissions and My votes for the public items you voted for.
Keep community identity, main-app account access, local expense data and public moderation as separate concepts.
