Step 1

Restore purchases checks paid access

  1. Find Restore purchases
  2. This is not Restore a backup

Use Restore purchases when you already bought a plan and want Pennie to check your paid access.

This button is not importing your expenses or restoring a Google Drive database backup.

Step 2

Check the Google Play account used to buy

  1. Read Manage Premium
  2. Use the original purchasing Play account

Check that Google Play is using the account which made the purchase.

Pennie account sign-in and your Play purchasing account are different boundaries. AI access also belongs to its purchasing Pennie account.

Step 3

Checking is not a confirmed restoration

  1. The actual command reports checking
  2. No live purchase is verified here

The real Restore command reports Checking Google Play purchases in this synthetic demonstration.

Checking does not mean a plan was restored. We do not grant an entitlement or contact live Play billing here.

Step 4

Reconnect and retry if your plan is missing

  1. Confirm the original purchase account
  2. Retry Restore when Play is reachable

If your plan is missing, confirm the purchasing Play account and reconnect before trying Restore again.

Restoring access is not a new purchase, a refund or proof that a pending payment has completed.

Step 5

Subscriptions are managed in Google Play

  1. Find Open Play Store subscriptions
  2. Continue on your own Android phone

Open Play Store subscriptions takes you to Google's subscription-management page on your phone.

We show the real entry point only. No external account page is opened and no subscription is changed.

Step 6

Opening management is not cancellation

  1. Review the correct subscription in Play
  2. Finish Google's steps only if intended

Opening subscription management does not itself cancel a subscription.

Review the correct plan and complete Google's steps only when you intend to change it. this worked example does not claim cancellation.

Step 7

Lifetime is not a renewing subscription

  1. Lifetime is a one-time purchase
  2. Restore does not issue a refund

Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a monthly or annual renewing subscription.

Restore checks ownership. It does not cancel that purchase or issue a refund; refund decisions follow Google Play's process.

Step 8

Keep paid access, backups and refunds separate

  1. Restore checks entitlement
  2. Play manages subscription changes

Use Restore for paid access and Play subscriptions for subscription management.

Keep these separate from restoring a financial backup, requesting a refund or confirming that cancellation has finished.
