Step 1

Choose the month first

1. Select the correct month
2. Tap Date
3. Choose a day within this period

Select the correct month first, then tap Date to choose a day within that month.

The day selector narrows saved entries; it does not change their transaction dates.

Step 2

Check that day's entries

1. Only the chosen day is shown
2. The Date chip is active
3. Search and type filters still apply

This example shows only the third of October: a savings contribution, groceries and Budget.

The active Date chip tells you that the list is narrowed. Search and type filters can narrow it further.

Step 3

Clear the day filter

1. Use the clear control beside Date
2. Remove the selected-day restriction
3. Keep the selected month

Use the clear control beside Date to remove the selected-day restriction.

Step 4

Check the broader monthly list

1. Entries from other days return
2. Keep the selected month
3. Other filters can still apply

The broader monthly list returns, while your selected month and any remaining search or type filter still matter.
