Step 1

Read the notification and suggestion

1. Read the original bank message
2. The category is only a suggestion
3. Use Review & save to open AI Review

Step 2

Open Review Expense

1. Open the suggested notification
2. Read the original retained message
3. Reopening does not analyze it again

Open Review Expense from a suggested notification and compare its retained original message with the proposed fields.

Reopening the review reads retained evidence locally; it is not a new paid analysis request. This example resolved from local saved history.

Step 3

Read the reason, not a guarantee

A confidence score is a routing aid, not a guarantee that the category is right. Keep checking the actual purchase purpose.

Step 4

Correct the editable fields

1. Check amount and transaction type
2. Choose Groceries and Supermarket
3. Review the note and spending flag

Correct the amount, transaction type, category, subcategory and note as needed. Here we choose Groceries, Supermarket and Weekly groceries.

The original date is displayed in review; this screen does not offer the ordinary form's editable date control.

Step 5

Save, Close or Ignore

1. Save approves the corrected expense
2. Close keeps it pending
3. Confirmed Ignore does not train

Use Save to approve the corrected transaction. Only a successful save creates confirmed learning.

Close keeps the captured item pending. Confirmed Ignore writes no transaction and is not a training example; it is different from Close.

Step 6

Check the approved transaction

1. Check the saved amount and date
2. Your correction is confirmed evidence
3. Automatic saving is separate

Check the saved purchase in Transactions after approval.

The verified correction retains your chosen category, subcategory and note. Manual approval is not automatic saving.

Automatic saving has its own AI Premium, cloud-permission and user-choice requirements.
