Worked examples use sample data, not your account. Reference screenshots show the current app controls in a Windows preview; their example amounts may differ from this lesson. Android system prompts vary by device.

Step 1

Read saved subscription payments

  1. Open Subscriptions.
  2. The sample paid total is 1,500 INR.

Open the Subscriptions dashboard to review saved payments marked as subscriptions.

The sample total is one thousand five hundred INR. These are recorded payments, not upcoming charges.

Step 2

Separate payments from plans

  1. The payment count is six.
  2. It is not six inferred subscriptions.

The payment count is six in this six-month example.

It counts saved payments, not six distinct subscription plans or automatically inferred services.

Step 3

Compare monthly paid costs

  1. Review the actual monthly chart.
  2. Each sample month has a 250 INR payment.

The actual Excel monthly chart shows a two-hundred-and-fifty INR saved payment in each sample month.

It is a history of paid records, not a forecast of renewals or proof that an unrecorded charge happened.

Step 4

Trace the saved payment evidence

  1. Filter Records: Subscription = Yes.
  2. Check the saved note and sub-category.

Filter Records to Subscription equals Yes to trace the payment detail.

The saved Music plan sub-category and note explain these rows. Clear the filter when you finish.
