Worked examples use sample data, not your account. Reference screenshots show the current app controls in a Windows preview; their example amounts may differ from this lesson. Android system prompts vary by device.

Step 1

Start in About Pennie

  1. Open Settings > About
  2. Find version, subscription and policy entries

Open About from Settings to find Pennie's version, subscription entry and help options.

Step 2

Check the installed version on your phone

  1. Read Installed version when seeking support

Installed version identifies the app build on your device. Include your phone's displayed version when requesting help.

Step 3

Use the regular Premium subscription entry

  1. Manage subscription opens regular Premium access
  2. Opening a plan page is not purchasing

Without a regular paid entitlement, Manage subscription opens the regular Premium plans page.

AI Premium and referral ad-free access do not count as that entitlement. Our closed navigation check opens no store and makes no purchase.

Step 4

Read the actual Manage Premium confirmation

  1. Existing regular paid access shows this confirmation
  2. Read the message before deciding

With regular paid access, the actual Manage Premium confirmation asks whether to continue to subscription management.

This is an entry confirmation, not a billing receipt, an AI plan or proof that a subscription has changed.

Step 5

Cancel closes this confirmation only

  1. Cancel returns without opening management
  2. It does not cancel a subscription

Choose Cancel if you do not want to open management. The actual native cancellation keeps you in About.

Cancelling this confirmation does not cancel your subscription or remove paid access. No billing action occurs here.

Step 6

Continue opens subscription management

  1. Continue opens Manage Premium
  2. Check billing actions separately on your phone

Choose Continue when you intend to open Manage Premium. Our native test verifies that route separately without filming a fake destination.

Review billing actions on your own device before confirming anything. Opening management alone does not purchase or cancel a subscription.

Step 7

About opens the same Privacy & terms review

  1. Use Privacy & terms for the shared review
  2. General policy review does not enable cloud AI

Privacy and terms opens the same unified review available from Settings. It is not a second policy screen.

Reading it does not turn on cloud AI or change Drive permission. Our actual accountless navigation uses a strictly read-only synthetic privacy boundary.

Step 8

Rate Pennie using your installed package

  1. Use Rate on Play Store
  2. Store or browser availability still matters

Rate on Play Store first tries the installed app's store link. If that attempt fails, the original handler tries its Play web link.

Step 9

Scroll to the actual Help card

  1. Find Useful video, Support email and Website
  2. Choose the help route you need

Scroll to Help for Useful video, Support email and Website. Choose the route that matches what you need.

Step 10

Open the useful tutorial playlist

  1. Useful video requests the configured playlist
  2. No video playback is shown here

Useful video requests Pennie's configured YouTube tutorial playlist through an external launcher.

Your phone needs an available app or browser and a connection to view it. Our closed preview does not launch YouTube or demonstrate playback.

Step 11

Prepare a useful support message

  1. Support email prepares the recipient and subject
  2. Write your description and decide what to share

Support email prepares a message to support at prayo dot co dot in, with Pennie Support as the subject and an empty message body.

Add your description and phone version in your email app. Choose what to share carefully; opening this action does not send a message automatically.

Step 12

Understand the email-app fallback

  1. Unsupported composition tries the mailto link
  2. Check that an email app is available

If normal email composition is unsupported, the original handler tries a mailto link for the same support address.

Our native check records both attempts without opening an email client. A working email app is still needed on your phone.

Step 13

Visit the website deliberately

  1. Website requests the configured company site
  2. It does not upload your ledger

Website requests Pennie's configured company site in an external app or browser.

This button does not upload your transaction ledger. Our closed preview verifies the source link, not a successful website visit.

Step 14

A tap is not proof an external app opened

  1. Check the browser, store or email app
  2. Do not assume a message was sent

If nothing opens, check your default browser, store or email app and its availability. Staying in About does not prove the external action succeeded.

This deliberately refused sample records unsuccessful attempts. It does not invent a success message or claim that an email was sent.

Step 15

Use the right help route

  1. Version describes your installed app
  2. Help and billing actions remain deliberate

Use your phone's installed version when describing a problem. Choose Useful video, Support email or Website for the next step.

Keep policy review, account sign-in, cloud AI permission and subscription management separate. Confirm external actions on your own device.
